stakeholders under one roof to collaborate, contribute and innovate on DRR solutions,
as part of pre - disaster preparedness stage. It is to inform that due to unavoidable circumstances & administrative instructions, the PIEDRR Pakistan’s 1st International Expo on DRR - 2024 (planned from 23 to 25 April 2024) at Islamabad, Pakistan has been rescheduled.
Fresh dates will be communicated in due course of time; to all esteemed participants.

NDMA has prioritized Risk Reduction and Preparedness in line with global and regional goals. As part of our efforts,NDMA aims to create a technologydriven National Emergencies Operations Center (NEOC) for stakeholders to develop a National Common Operating Picture (NCOP) to manage and mitigate disasters. NDMA with the support of NDRMF is organizing a three days International Exhibition and Conference - "International Expo on Disaster Risk Reduction 2024" from 23- 25 April 2024 at Pak – China Friendship Centre,Islamabad to assemble relevant stakeholders under one roof to collaborate,contribute and innovate on DRR solutions

The Expo will entail a diverse range of engaging activities, including stalls and captivating exhibitions, enlightening seminars, interactive ignite sessions and a simulation exercise, all aimed at providing a comprehensive and immersive learning experience. In stalls and exhibitions, various stake holders, national and international NGOs, and visionary exhibitors will proudly showcase their pioneering technologies and innovative initiatives in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), giving attendees a glimpse into the future of this field. The ignite sessions will delve deep into the latest trailblazing research and real-life case studies, offering valuable insights and inspiring ideas to the audience. Additionally, the simulation exercises will provide hands-on learning experiences, allowing participants to actively engage and apply their newfound knowledge in practical scenarios.
